Job summary

Wonderfield Group is seeking a Franchisee Coach to drive fresh-food quality across kiosks, with a focus on sushi and operational excellence. The role involves regular travel to franchise sites and hands-on support for franchisees to uphold our high standards.

You’ll be deployed across the UK, Ireland and Europe, working with the Operations Team to elevate skills and counters, while ensuring consistent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Franchise coaching experience across kiosks or similar setups.
• Strong focus on food safety best practices and quality control.
• Hands-on coaching in sushi preparation and knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular kiosk assessments to improve food quality and safety.
• Deliver on-site coaching and training to Franchisees and their teams.
• Support new Franchisees with induction and orientation to ensure long-term success.
• Monitor training outcomes and uplift across the network.
