You bring experience from hospitality, retail and/or franchise environments, where you've successfully designed and delivered engaging learning programmes that support both individual development and business performance.
A confident and enthusiastic facilitator, you're at your best leading classroom-based training, workshops and coaching sessions. You know how to capture attention, adapt your style to different audiences and create learning experiences that are practical, memorable and fun.

As Training Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of engaging learning and development programmes across the Wonderfield Group, ensuring our teams have the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed.
Working closely with Operations and business leaders, you'll identify training needs and develop innovative solutions that support team members at every stage of their journey, from onboarding through to leadership development. You'll bring our culture and brands to life through high-quality classroom-based training, workshops and coaching sessions that inspire and motivate.
You'll play a key role in embedding a culture of continuous learning by supporting and developing managers to become confident coaches, trainers and role models within their teams. Through regular collaboration with stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure training remains relevant, impactful and aligned to operational goals.
You'll also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using feedback, performance data and insights to continuously improve programmes and maintain consistency of training standards across all locations. Staying connected to industry trends and best practice, you'll bring fresh thinking and new ideas that help keep learning engaging, effective and commercially focused.
