Job summary

The Travel Franchise is seeking a commercially curious Franchise Development Manager to identify new routes to prospective franchisees, build relationships and turn conversations into opportunities. This UK-based role offers remote and hybrid options with Bournemouth preferred.

You’ll explore partnerships, referral networks, events and communities to generate scalable growth. The right candidate has franchising experience or broad business development skills, is proactive, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Experience within franchising is highly advantageous.
• Broad commercial growth experience across partnerships, new business development, lead generation and audience development.
• Proactive, multi-channel prospecting and opportunity creation.
• Ability to initiate conversations and engage prospective partners from cold.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate new opportunities.
• Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
• Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead-generation relationships.
• Turn promising initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead quality and conversion.
• Track performance and adjust time and investment accordingly.
