EE is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager at a Visiontek EE franchise location in Great Yarmouth. You will be the right hand to the Franchise Store Manager, driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead on customer service, product knowledge, and store operations while supporting commercial targets and franchise KPIs. The role is full-time, in-person, with strong bonus potential and local mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to deliver strong customer outcomes.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving commercial results.
