EE is recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager at a Visiontek EE franchise location in Great Yarmouth. You will be the right hand to the Franchise Store Manager, driving sales, coaching staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll lead on customer service, product knowledge, and store operations while supporting commercial targets and franchise KPIs. The role is full-time, in-person, with strong bonus potential and local mobility.

Assistant Store Manager - Franchise - Great Yarmouth

Pay: £27,000.00 per year - OTE £38,000

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the Franchise Store Manager—helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience, support your team, and drive commercial success. Surrounded by the latest devices and innovations, you’ll:

• Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills.
• Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment.

Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager in our franchise store, you’ll:
