Assistant Store Manager - Franchise - Walton-on-Thames Pay: £27,000.00 per year - OTE £38,000 Joining an EE-branded franchise store means stepping into a fast-paced, high-street retail role where you’re part of a locally run business with the strength of a national brand behind you. While you’ll work directly for the franchise owner—not EE—you’ll represent one of the UK’s most recognised and innovative telecom providers. We’re currently hiring Assistant Store Managers for our Visiontek EE franchise locations, and we’re looking for retail professionals who are passionate about people, technology, and great service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Demonstrate new tech and encourage customer interaction with our products.
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Support and coach team members to improve their product knowledge and service skills.
• Ensure your store maintains a welcoming, customer-first environment.
