Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (French Speaker) to support multi-country sales engagements across tax and compliance technology. You will act as a trusted advisor, leading discovery, designing scalable cross-border solutions, and presenting business value to enterprise customers.

In this role you will own technical responses for RFPs/RFIs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and work with Sales to advance deals while aligning with global regulatory and ERP scenarios. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Leads structured discovery and solution mapping conversations.
• Strong commercial mindset influencing buying decisions.
• Experience navigating ERP ecosystems; tax/compliance exposure advantageous.
• Willing to travel occasionally; English and French communication skills.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-entity discovery sessions across global customer organisations.
• Design scalable, cross-border solution architectures aligned to business needs.
• Influence senior stakeholders and shape account strategy with Sales.
• Own technical responses for enterprise RFPs/RFIs and global tenders.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations reflecting global regulatory and ERP scenarios.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth pre-sales to implementation.
• Leverage AI tools to improve discovery workflows and demo personalisation.
