A leading provider of rural housing services in the UK is seeking a Housing Officer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on delivering a customer-centered housing management service, primarily in Stratford District and Warwickshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing law and effective service delivery, ensuring high performance and positive outcomes for residents.
(12 months Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave)
Hours: 35 Hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch each day)
Salary - £30,294 - £33,660 per annum
Based: Home based – office building located in Coalville, Leicestershire (Patch area - Stratford District and Warwickshire)

Responsible for the provision of an efficient, effective and high-quality customer focused Housing Management service to the Rural Housing Associations (RHAs) and Midlands Rural Housing (MRH) whose geographical areas include Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The role will mainly be providing a housing management service to our residents in Stratford District, Warwickshire, although occasionally cover may be required in other areas. To deliver a generic housing service to tenants and leaseholders that focuses on regular contact, speedy intervention on issues, and making a difference to our customers and communities.
