Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is recruiting a Framework Manager to support the Capital Delivery team in delivering value from construction frameworks during the AMP8 investment period and beyond. The role covers diverse projects across Wales, including maintenance and improvements to water assets.
You will lead framework development, manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders, monitor performance, and drive governance aligned with the company’s strategic Vision for direct delivery frameworks.

As a competent Framework Manager you will join part of our Capital Delivery team providing support in delivering value from newly implemented construction frameworks to support our major investment programme as part of Capital Delivery in the AMP8 capital investment period and beyond. The projects included within the programme vary in scale and complexity encompassing maintenance and improvement works to all of Welsh Water’s assets. This could include dams, pipelines, treatment works, pumping stations, and various others within our ownership throughout Wales providing a varied range of projects in the water industry.
