NHS Forth Valley is recruiting Band 6 physiotherapists to join the Frailty Physiotherapy Service. The post is initially based in ageing and health wards at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, with potential to work across NHS Forth Valley as pathways develop.

You will be responsible for the initial assessment and treatment of frail patients, with a focus on preventing admission and supporting discharge planning. Pharmacists?

Qualifications

• HCPC registered as a Physiotherapist
• Willing to be mobile across the Forth Valley
• PVG Scheme clearance required
