NHS Forth Valley is recruiting Band 6 physi therapists for its Frailty Physiotherapy Service. The role is initially based in the ageing and health wards at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, with potential to work across the system as services develop.

You will assess and treat frail patients, contribute to discharge planning, and help prevent unnecessary admissions. Applicants should be HCPC registered and willing to be mobile across Forth Valley, with involvement in on-call respiratory

• Post may involve 5/7 working patterns.
• On-call respiratory physiotherapy commitment.

We are excited to be recruiting to Band 6 physiotherapists in our Frailty Physiotherapy Service in NHS Forth Valley.

The post is initially based within the ageing & health wards in Forth Valley Royal Hospital but we are currently going through a period of change in exploring how we manage frail patients across the NHS Forth Valley system including pathways between community, front door and downstream wards with the potential for work across the system as services develop.

We are recruiting physiotherapists who are open to exploring their specialist physiotherapy role in frailty across these areas.

You will be responsible for the initial assessment and treatment of our frail population which may include prevention of admission and discharge planning.

We would welcome applications from physiotherapists who are committed to, and get excited by, improving services and supporting staff wellbeing and who love collaborating with others to deliver the very best care to those we serve.
