Job summary

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is seeking a proactive Clinical Nurse Manager for Frailty Services across two sites within the Medical Division. You will lead and support two frailty units, two frailty wards, and two active wards, delivering high-quality, person-centred care for older adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across two frailty units, two frailty wards, and two active wards on two hospital sites.
• Lead on quality assurance, workforce planning and service development aligned with national and local priorities.
• Support and develop nursing teams, fostering collaboration, learning, and professional growth.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and clinical leads to ensure seamless service delivery across sites.
