CHANEL Covent Garden seeks a Fragrance Specialist to deliver immersive consultations and storytelling, connecting clients with the brand’s fragrance range. You will contribute to counter success by promoting makeup and skincare, while mentoring colleagues and delivering best-in-class service.

You will build rapport, host masterclasses, and use data-driven clienteling to grow your client portfolio and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client-facing retail role.
• Ability to deliver personalized fragrance consultations.
• Strong communication and storytelling to engage clients.
• Collaborative team player with coaching mindset.
