Brandon James Limited, on behalf of a respected and growing property consultancy, is seeking an experienced FRAEW Surveyor to join its specialist fire safety team. You will work on a varied portfolio of commercial property projects across the UK, delivering FRAEW assessments and PAS 9980 appraisals.

The role offers hybrid working, strong report-writing expectations, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Experience completing FRAEW assessments and PAS 9980 appraisals.
• Background in building surveying, fire engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of external wall systems and façade construction.
• Experience working on commercial property projects.
• Qualifications such as MRICS or MIFireE or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Complete Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls per PAS 9980.
• Inspect external wall systems and assess risk of fire spread.
• Prepare technical reports and identify remediation measures.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, contractors and fire safety professionals.
