Oxford Global seeks a part-time CFO to lead its finance function from January 2027, reporting to the CEO and working with a bookkeeper. The role is a fractional, board-level position to support the planned exit by 2030.

The CFO will shape the three-year plan, deliver monthly board packs, manage cash and working capital, and drive reporting, controls and AI-enabled finance processes across UK and US operations.

Competenze

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• CFO or finance director experience at board level
• Experience leading a sale or investment process
• Built management reporting that informs decisions
• Built multi-year plans and forecasts
• Ability to work with a small team and drive decisions
• Clear, direct and persuasive board communication
• Experience using AI tools in a finance function

Mansioni

• Lead the three-year plan and exit value milestones to 2030
• Annual budget and rolling forecast with CEO and event teams
• Cash strategy and 12–18 month forecast
• Board and shareholder reporting incl. commentary and recommendations
• Liaise with Chair, shareholders, auditors and corporate finance advisers
• Support pricing, new event launches and investment decisions
• Oversee external advisers and bookkeeper/management accountant
• Lead AI and automation across finance, with data security controls
• Produce board-quality reporting to fixed timetable
