Job summary

Collingwood Group seeks a part-time CFO to lead Oxford Global's finance function from 1 January 2027 through a planned sale by 2030. The role involves board-level reporting, working with the CEO, Chair and shareholders, and guiding the finance function with a small team and external advisers.

The ideal candidate has CFO or finance director experience, is a qualified accountant, and can build multi-year plans with strong governance and AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with board-level finance experience.
• Experience leading finance for a B2B events or similar business.
• Ability to build multi-year plans and forecasts used by the board.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and annual budget for a three-year plan.
• Deliver monthly board packs and KPI reporting to shareholders.
• Manage cash forecasting, tax, statutory accounts and external advisers.
