The contractor will perform maintenance and remedial work, ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and standards across residential properties, with a company vehicle, PDA, and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Proven FRA Carpenter experience with flat entrance doors.
• Knowledge of fire door regulations and compliance.
• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Remedials on Fire Doors.
• Ensure works comply with current fire safety regulations and standards.
• Carry out adjustments, repairs and remedial works as required.
• Complete job updates via PDA.
