Ian Williams Ltd is seeking skilled Carpenters to complete FRA installation work in our Hampshire region. You’ll join a friendly direct trades team in residential properties, performing fire door upgrades and passive fire protection, with ongoing training and accreditation opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry, a full UK driving licence, and a strong focus on quality, safety and compliance. We offer a competitive salary, company van, PPE and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry with domestic door installation experience.
• IFC or FIRAS accreditation preferred, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Training provided in FRA and passive fire protection.

Responsibilities

• Undertake fire door upgrades and passive fire protection maintenance.
• Provide clear documentation for compliance paper trails.
• Deliver excellent customer service in homes including vulnerable settings.
• Work independently or as part of a team while meeting targets and safety standards.
