Qualifications

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience delivering FPGA solutions in a commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of VHDL, Verilog or similar HDL.
  • Understanding of digital electronics and embedded systems.
  • Experience with FPGA test, verification, and debugging methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with precision instrumentation, automation or capital machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop FPGA architectures for advanced electronic systems.
  • Create, test, and validate FPGA code for high-performance applications.
  • Support integration of FPGA solutions with wider hardware and software platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot complex electronic systems.
  • Contribute to system performance improvements and product innovation.
  • Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers across the lifecycle.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation to support development and manufacturing.
