You will drive technical excellence, scale team capabilities, and deliver world‑class products on schedule, with a BS/MS/PhD in Electronic/Computer Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FPGA or digital hardware design experience, with 3-5+ years in leadership/management.
• Proven track record delivering complex FPGA systems from concept to production.
• Strong experience with RTL design, simulation, synthesis, timing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of FPGA and digital design engineers.
• Drive performance through clear goals, guidance, and feedback.
• Define requirements with systems, software, hardware and verification teams.
