Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A or finance business partnering in insurance or financial services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning skills.
• Ability to produce insightful P&L analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Deliver insightful monthly management reporting and P&L analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business performance and drive financial accountability.
• Support strategic planning, scenario modelling and business case analysis.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities and cost optimisation initiatives.
