Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Deliver management reporting across the group, leading standardisation and simplification of reporting to develop a best-in-class month-end process.
• Lead the quarterly in-year full-year forecast process, providing clear management information with insights and recommendations.
• Support the annual budget process, leveraging knowledge of the business to highlight focus areas.
• Contribute to investor relations and group-wide projects by providing accurate and actionable insights.
• Collaborate across teams to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven FP&A experience, preferably within the industry.
• Experience managing business planning processes, including annual budgeting cycles and strategic forecasting.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with industry expertise.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
