Investigo is seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager in the UK to shape forecasting, planning and decision-making across a large, complex organisation. You will own budgeting, rolling forecasts and strategic planning cycles, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide robust financial insight and an integrated view of performance.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business planning experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process.
• Own the end-to-end rolling forecast cycle.
• Develop integrated forecasts covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Deliver insightful board and executive reporting packs.
• Build scenario models, sensitivity analysis and forward-looking business plans.
• Coordinate group reporting submissions and planning requirements.
• Partner with senior finance and operational stakeholders across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement within FP&A processes, reporting and forecasting methodologies.

Are you a commercially minded FP&A professional looking to step into a highly visible role where you can shape forecasting, planning and decision-making across a large, complex organisation?

A leading UK-based business is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its growing finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this is a pivotal role responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and long-range planning across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the finance function, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide robust financial insight, challenge assumptions and deliver a single, integrated view of business performance across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

You'll take ownership of the annual budget, rolling forecasts and strategic planning cycles while helping leadership navigate opportunities, risks and future growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-range planning process
• Own the end-to-end rolling forecast cycle
• Develop integrated forecasts covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Deliver insightful board and executive reporting packs
• Build scenario models, sensitivity analysis and forward-looking business plans

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Planning
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling expertise
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior leadership teams
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial recommendations
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-site or multi-entity environment
• Advanced Excel skills with experience of planning, BI or consolidation systems advantageous

£65,000 to £75,000 + full benefits package to include annual bonus and Hybrid working 2-3 days office based
