Job summary

Unitas Talent is partnering with a leading Consumer brand in London to recruit an experienced FP&A professional on an initial 6-month FTC. The role will lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning, while delivering insightful analysis for senior stakeholders.

You will drive cashflow management, build robust financial models and create board-ready reports and dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong FP&A experience with emphasis on building processes.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with proactive mindset.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Experience in cashflow, working capital and management reporting.

A leading Consumer brand in London are currently recruiting for an experienced FP&A professional to join them on an initial 6-month FTC basis. The role has a lot of exposure to multiple stakeholders and will be working on a key and exciting project for the team, which is business critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning process.
• Strong experience within Cashflow, working capital and management
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision making.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to improve performance and profitability.
• Produce board-level reporting, KPIs and financial dashboards.
• Analyse trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting and systems.
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
• Previous experience in an FP&A, particularly strong on building of processes
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
