Job summary

Pinpoint Resourcing Limited is working with a central London business seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to own financial planning, reporting and performance analysis.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning, develop dashboards, monitor profitability across customers and projects, and challenge plans with senior stakeholders. The role combines hands-on analysis with strategic financial leadership and process improvement through AI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
• Minimum 3–5 years' FP&A experience.
• Expert Excel required.
• Experience with AI integration & process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with senior non-finance stakeholders

Requirements

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• At least 3-5 years' experience within FP&A roles
• Expert Excel experience
• AI Integration & process improvement

Salary + Other information

• Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
• Paying £90,000 - £105,000
