Talentedge in Central London is seeking an FP&A Manager to join a high-growth consumer brand. The role is highly commercial, partnering with Marketing and other senior stakeholders to understand performance and drive better decision-making.

You will build and maintain financial models, forecast performance and communicate the commercial story behind the numbers in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong FP&A / commercial finance experience.
• Experience in omnichannel consumer business (D2C + retail).
• Proven experience partnering with Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent financial modelling and forecasting skills.

FP&A Manager | £80–90k | Central London | 3 days office

I’m working with a high-growth consumer brand that is looking to bring in an FP&A Manager ASAP.

This is a genuinely commercial FP&A role, not just producing reports and variance analysis. You’ll be partnering closely with key stakeholders across the business, particularly Marketing, to understand performance, challenge assumptions and help drive better decision-making.

What they’re looking for:

• Strong FP&A / commercial finance experience


• Experience within an omnichannel consumer business, ideally across D2C + retail / physical channels


• Proven experience partnering with Marketing and other senior stakeholders


• Excellent financial modelling and forecasting skills


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment


• Someone who can get into the detail but also communicate the commercial story behind the numbers

Central London 3 days per week in the office
