Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Manager of FP&A for Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studios. You will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis, partnering with studio leaders and owning cost allocation for game titles and initiatives.

The role supports Sound and Music teams, with two analysts reporting to you. Hybrid or remote work is available, ideally in the UK or Canada, reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A based in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and developing finance professionals.
• 7–10 years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription/live service models preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to translate data into insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative with cross-functional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and drive business outcomes.
• Develop executive-level reports and materials explaining performance and drivers.
• Support cost optimisation through better planning and resource allocation.
• Own cost allocation methodology and rate-setting for titles and initiatives.
• Build ad hoc financial models and business cases to aid decisions.
• Drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements in planning and forecasting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals.
