Job summary
Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Manager, FP&A, Creative and Services to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for Sound and Music within Creative Arts. You will partner with senior leaders, manage two analysts, and drive cost optimisation and informed decision-making.
The role offers hybrid or remote work, with potential base in the UK or Canada, reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A - Tech, Creative, and Services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA or advanced finance certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts and support broader Creative Arts finance activities.
- Partner with business leaders to identify risks/opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Drive standardisation, automation, and process improvements across planning, reporting, and forecasting.
- Coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
