Client Details

My client is a well-established PLC working with some of the world's largest companies across various sectors. They are creating a new role for an ambitious FP&A Manager to contribute to financial strategy and decision-making processes, particularly in cashflow improvement.

Description

1. Design and build accurate cashflow forecasting and budgeting models, including scenario analysis.
2. Develop a regular cadence of cashflow reporting, providing timely and accurate reports, variance analysis, and insights to the Finance Leadership Team and wider ELT.
3. Act as an ambassador for cash flow improvement, collaborating with credit risk, commercial finance, Finance operations, accounting, and other departments.
4. Ensure month-end cash reporting is accurate and timely, and prepare reports for Monthly Business Reviews with the Group CEO & CFO.
5. Own the Cashflow Improvement workstream, monitoring the impact of action plans to ensure cash benefits are realized and working capital and interest costs are optimized.
6. Lead cashflow improvement strategies within the overall program, working with key stakeholders across the business.

Profile

1. CIMA, ACCA, ACA qualification or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in cashflow planning and analysis.
3. Experience in a global and fast-growing organization.
4. Extensive understanding of working capital and cash flow.
5. Exceptional cashflow modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills.
6. Experience in improving cash flow through initiatives and stakeholder collaboration.
7. Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and profitability.
8. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and identify key trends and variances.
9. Excellent communication skills to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
