Are you a commercially astute finance professional with a passion for data, forecasting, and business partnering? We're working with a global consultancy in the financial services space that's looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join its high-performing finance team in London.
Own and lead FP&A activities, including monthly forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
Deliver insightful MI and P&L reporting to senior stakeholders using Anaplan as the primary tool.
Build robust financial models and dashboards to support decision-making across the business.
Analyse complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and finance systems.
Partner with senior leaders across departments to provide clarity on business performance and help shape strategic decisions.
Several years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in FP&A or commercial finance roles.
Proven management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with financial modelling and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar forecasting/reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive mindset and a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
