Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis within a financial services client. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate financial performance into clear insights and support commercial decision-making.

This hybrid role focuses on budgeting, profitability analysis and enhancing financial models, with a proactive approach to risks, opportunities and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

  • Lead the FP&A, budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Challenge assumptions and identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
  • Produce insightful management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Develop and improve financial models, reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
  • Provide commentary and insights on actuals vs budget and forecast.
  • Support wider Finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Help drive greater commercial awareness and financial accountability across the business.
