Zusammenfassung

De Beers London is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team. You will partner with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders to deliver insightful management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis across our global business.

You will develop robust planning processes, drive profitability analysis, and produce dashboards that enhance visibility of sales, margins and capital investments for senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 2+ years PQE in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Reporting, or related roles.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts and executive-level presentations.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Experience working with ERP, consolidation or planning systems (OneStream, SAP, Oracle).

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly management reporting packs with variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and drivers.
• Support production of management reporting and senior leadership presentations with clear insights.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial information for decision-making and control.
• Develop forecasting models to improve visibility and predict performance.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand drivers and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across markets and functions.
• Consolidate regional plans and prepare presentations for senior management review.
• Support capex budgeting and investment appraisal activities and reporting.
