Index Exchange in London is seeking an FP&A Analyst, Commercial to deliver data-driven insights and support planning for the Commercial FP&A team.

You will partner with senior leadership to provide actionable analysis, forecast net revenue, and report monthly performance using Looker, SQL, Python, Confluence, and Salesforce.

You'll collaborate across global teams to drive initiatives that increase revenue and improve operational performance while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Looker/SQL/Python advantageous.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and driving initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide data‑driven insights to leadership by sourcing, validating, and analysing internal data to support growth.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide actionable analysis and identify risks and opportunities.
• Analyse performance and present recommendations with clear variance drivers.
• Own the Net Revenue forecast and support budgeting with data‑driven modelling.
• Prepare monthly financial and non‑financial performance reports for executives.
