Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of PQE in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Reporting, or related finance roles.
• Experience preparing monthly management accounts, financial reporting packs, and executive-level presentations.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience performing financial analysis, variance analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Experience supporting month-end close and consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting packs with detailed variance analysis.
• Analyse financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and drivers.
• Support management reporting and business reviews for senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Develop forecasting models to improve visibility and predict performance.
• Support Capex budgeting, investment appraisal, and reporting of spend and benefits.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand drivers and propose actions to improve outcomes.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards to improve visibility of sales, margins, and profitability.
