Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our UK Finance team. This developmental FP&A role is for someone with around 1–2 years of relevant finance experience who is studying towards CIMA/ACCA.

The role is hybrid, based in our London office four days per week. You will support the UK planning, forecasting and reporting cycle, build your commercial understanding, and gain exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of FP&A, management accounting, or commercial finance experience.
• Currently studying CIMA/ACCA, in the first or second year of the qualification.
• Strong grounding in accounting and financial analysis; keen on FP&A career.
• Solid Excel skills with large data sets; attention to detail and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and longer-term UK plans.
• Produce regular management reporting with clear commentary.
• Analyze actuals vs budget/forecast; investigate variances.
• Maintain and improve financial models and data templates.
• Track KPIs and trends; gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Assist with period-end activities and ad hoc analysis for leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation in FP&A.
