Job summary

Epsilon in London is seeking a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our UK Finance team. This developmental role targets someone with 1–2 years of finance experience who is studying CIMA/ACCA and looking to grow as a finance business partner.

You will support monthly forecasts, budgets and reporting, build commercial understanding, and interact with senior stakeholders. The role is hybrid, based in our London office four days a week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance experience.
• Currently studying CIMA/ACCA.
• Solid Excel and data analysis skills.
• Interest in partnering with UK leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience with finance systems like SAP or Power BI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support UK planning, forecasting and reporting cycles.
• Build commercial understanding and provide insights.
• Develop FP&A skills and stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Analyze actual vs budgets and explain variances.
• Maintain financial models and reporting templates.
• Assist with period-end activities and ad hoc analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation.
