SGN in London (Farringdon) seeks an FP&A Analyst on a personal contract (dependent on skills and qualifications). The role is full-time with a hybrid work pattern.

You will lead monthly performance reporting, delivering clear financial insights and executive commentary to support decision-making. You will partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders, perform variance analysis, and leverage data and modelling to improve forecast accuracy and drive strategic decisions across the

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or CA with degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong financial analysis and accounting expertise; translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel; analyze large datasets and produce high-quality reporting.
• Experience in finance, audit or analytical environment, ideally in a large corporate setting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence across the business.
• Proactive, inquisitive, detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the production of monthly performance reporting with KPI analysis and executive commentary.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and stakeholders to understand performance and identify opportunities.
• Deliver variance analysis across actuals, budgets, forecasts and prior year performance.
• Use data, analytics and modelling to generate actionable insights and improve forecasts.
• Continuously review and enhance reporting processes, tools and analysis.
