Michael Page is supporting a growing Grimsby business with a newly created FP&A position. You will report to the CFO and build the FP&A function from scratch, turning data into meaningful insights that drive growth.

The role offers hybrid working and a clear progression path to FP&A Manager, leading one other in the function in the future. You will engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to budgeting, forecasting and M&A activities.

Competenze

• Recent FP&A experience essential.
• Advanced Excel skills essential.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders essential.
• Self-starter with initiative essential.
• Desire for a hands-on role essential.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) desirable.

Mansioni

• Establish and develop the FP&A capability from the ground up.
• Analyse data to produce insights on profitability, pricing, and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and capex appraisals.
• Partner with Commercial Team on pricing analysis.
• Support ERP implementation and data quality improvements.
• Assist with M&A transactions and risk/opportunity assessment.
