About Our Client

Job Description

1. Manage annual sales budgets and forecasts
2. Analyse variances and provide actionable insights
3. Prepare financial reports for management review
4. Monthly P&L preparation from Sales to Gross Profit Margin
5. Develop financial models for strategic initiatives
6. KPI reporting on sales, product development, and pricing
7. Understand product costings for margin analysis and growth
8. Create BI reports with internal data architect
9. Draft and review capital expenditure requests
10. Budget and forecast capital expenditures
11. Track capex spend vs budget vs requests
12. Maintain fixed asset register
13. Collaborate with teams to align financial goals
14. Identify process improvement opportunities
15. Assist with annual audit

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Exam Finalist
• Previous experience in FP&A, Accounting, and reporting roles within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting policies
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive process improvements
