Rubicon People Partnership has multiple Machine Operator roles in Blandford. You’ll join a production team and, with full training from day one, learn to operate machinery and participate in assembly, finishing and quality checks.

There is a four-day working week, overtime, and bonus schemes, plus medical cover and life assurance. A supportive team environment aims to develop you toward long-term progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail in a hands-on role.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
• Must have own transport or be within reasonable Blandford commute.

Responsibilities

• Work with production team to manufacture high quality products.
• Operate machinery and equipment after full training; assist assembly, finishing and quality checks.
• Keep workspace safe, organised and ready for next task.
• Contribute ideas to ongoing improvement initiatives.
