Job summary

Rubicon People Partnership has multiple Machine Operator roles in Blandford. You’ll join a production team and, with full training from day one, learn to operate machinery and participate in assembly, finishing and quality checks.

There is a four-day working week, overtime, and bonus schemes, plus medical cover and life assurance. A supportive team environment aims to develop you toward long-term progression within the company.

Day Shift:

• Monday: 07:00 - 17:30
• Tuesday to Thursday: 07:00 - 17:00

Night Shift:

• Monday to Wednesday: 18:30 - 06:30
• Thursday: 18:30 - 22:30

As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside a production team to manufacture high quality products
• Operating machinery and equipment once full training is completeCarrying out assembly, finishing and quality inspection tasks
• Keeping your work area safe, organised and ready for the next task
• Contributing ideas as part of ongoing improvement initiatives
