Job summary

BLP is seeking a Founding SDR in London to lead outbound into UK enterprise accounts. You will prospect and open relationships with Finance and Procurement leaders, generate qualified opportunities for our agentic AI platform, and build the playbook for future UK hires.

You will report to the VP of Business Development and collaborate with the DACH SDR team. You will navigate ambiguity, run discovery calls with senior stakeholders, and help shape the UK market strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a B2B SaaS SDR/BDR role, outbound focus.
• Experience selling to UK Enterprise buyers in Finance/Procurement.
• Able to run discovery calls with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, no inbound first.
• Strong problem solving and initiative in building playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound into UK enterprise accounts as Founding SDR in London.
• Run discovery calls with CFO/Head of Procurement and map stakeholders.
• Develop and write playbooks for future UK hires with VP support.
• Collaborate with UK AE and DACH SDR team to refine targeting.
• Monitor market signals and adapt messaging to buying triggers.
