Job summary

Recruitment Revolution is seeking an Enterprise Founding SDR to open doors and turn curiosity into qualified opportunities. Based in London or the Home Counties, you will work in a hybrid setup with a base of £45,000–£55,000 and a target commission of £20,000–£25,000, OTE £65,000–£80,000.

Equity participation via EMI may be available. You will research complex organisations, map decision-makers, and engage senior stakeholders across multiple channels, using CRM and AI tools to drive credible

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SDR/BDR or outbound B2B sales.
• Experience with SaaS, technology or complex B2B services preferred.
• Able to map organisations and reach senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own qualified enterprise pipeline creation for a strategically prioritised account group.
• Research deeply into how organisations operate and map decision-makers.
• Reach out with personalised, credible approaches across multiple channels.
• Qualify opportunities before handing them to senior commercial colleagues.
• Build a long-term career in enterprise sales with room to grow.
