Hive seeks a Founding Account Executive for the UK to lead the early market rollout from London, covering the UK and Ireland. You will inherit a pipeline and close expansions while also landing new logos through a UK plant hire partnership.

The role sets the foundation for Hive's UK growth in heavy machinery automation. You will build the market from the ground up, deciding how far the role grows based on performance and the ability to close multi-site deployments across large and mid-sized

• Close and expand the flagship accounts
• Take over live opportunities with large UK customers and close the next sites
• Own the expansion after the first contract. The real revenue is in the next twenty sites
• Build the UK market
• Build your own pipeline through outbound and through the plant hire partnership
• Land fast-deploying customers such as independent and mid-sized quarry operators alongside the large accounts
