Job summary

Graswald AI is seeking a founding Talent Lead to build and own the entire talent function from day one. You will design and run the end-to-end hiring process, shape our employer brand, select ATS and AI-driven tools, and ensure high-quality hires across engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent/recruiting, with 2–3 years in a high-growth startup or scale-up
• Proven track record of hiring strong technical talent in a competitive market
• Experience building or improving a hiring function, not just executing within one
• Comfortable owning commercial and operational hiring alongside technical roles

Responsibilities

• Design and own Graswald AI's end-to-end hiring process across all teams
• Define employer brand and value proposition to attract world-class candidates
• Select and implement ATS, sourcing tools, and AI-powered recruitment platforms
• Establish hiring principles, scorecards, and structured interview frameworks
• Lead first-round interviews across functions and assess for skills, values, and potential
• Design take-home tasks and assessments tailored to each role
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Manage legal and administrative hiring processes from offer to contracts
