Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: Nottingham (onsite) with relocation fee of £10,000 paid upon acceptance + Equity

We are seeking senior software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native startup aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for energetic, passionate founding engineers to help ship products quickly and drive growth. Experience in AI startups, especially working on optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and algorithms, is preferred.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
• Experience with web development (TypeScript / React) – a plus.
• The company values relevant degrees from top universities and/or experience in AI-led businesses and a desire to work in a high-growth startup environment.
