Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London (Onsite, relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking to speak to senior-level software engineers interested in joining a well-backed AI-native start-up as they work towards a $1bn valuation. Founded by some of the brightest minds in AI, they are seeking an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and sustain growth. Ideally, candidates will have a background in an AI start-up, working on increasing efficiency of established LLM models and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – a plus.
• The company values relevant university degrees from top institutions and/or experience in AI-led businesses and a desire to work in a high-growth start-up.
