Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London (Onsite)
Relocation fee of £10,000 paid upon acceptance, plus equity

We are seeking senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native startup aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and drive growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in AI startups, focusing on improving the efficiency of large language models (LLMs) and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python
• Knowledge of front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks
• Experience with web development (TypeScript / React) – a plus
