Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: London Onsite (relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking for senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI native start-up aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, they seek an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and sustain growth. Ideally, candidates will have experience in AI start-ups, focusing on improving the efficiency of large language models and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have.
• The company values relevant degrees from top universities and/or experience in AI-led businesses and a desire to work in a high-growth start-up environment.
