King Living is opening a brand-new showroom in Lakeside Retail Park and seeks a founding team member to bring the space to life. You will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while developing product knowledge and showroom presentation.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, a genuine interest in design, and strong communication skills. Weekend and public holiday work may be required to support the business needs.

Qualifikationen

• Retail, hospitality or customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Interest in design, interiors and home living.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for a longer sales journey.

• Deliver exceptional service and maximise sales opportunities from first conversation to delivery.
• Build product knowledge across design, materials and configurations to guide customers.
• Ensure configurations, lead times and delivery expectations are accurate and clearly communicated.
• Maintain a polished showroom that reflects King Living’s quality and brand standards.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive showroom environment.
